Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the hosting services ("Services") provided by Airnode Hosting, hereinafter referred to as the "Airnode."

Definitions

• Customer: Any natural person, legal entity, or entity utilizing the hosting services of Airnode Hosting.
• Airnode: The business entity registered under the trade name "Airnode Hosting" with Chamber of Commerce number 92533817, located at Stoopstraat 39, 4702SN, Roosendaal, The Netherlands.
• Hosting Services: The services offered by Airnode for hosting websites, applications, and other online content on its servers.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Airnode's Hosting Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms and all policies and guidelines contained herein.

Service Provision

• Airnode will endeavor to provide the Hosting Services with care and professionalism. However, the Customer understands that technical interruptions or failures may occur and agrees that Airnode is not liable for such events.
• The Customer is responsible for the content hosted on Airnode's servers and warrants that this content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any activity conducted on the Service that violates the law may result in immediate termination of the Services by Airnode.

Payment and Billing

• The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the Hosting Services according to Airnode's applicable pricing schedule.
• Invoicing will occur based on the agreed-upon frequency (e.g., monthly or annually), and payment is due within the specified timeframe.

Cancellation and Termination

• The Customer can cancel the Hosting Services following the procedures outlined by Airnode. Refund policies may apply according to applicable rules.
• Airnode reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Hosting Services immediately for a breach of these Terms by the Customer.

Liability

• Airnode is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the Hosting Services.
• The Customer indemnifies Airnode against all claims, costs, and liabilities arising from the use of the Hosting Services and the hosted content.

Privacy and Data Protection

Airnode will process the Customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy, available on Airnode's website.

Changes to Terms

Airnode reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amended Terms become effective upon publication on Airnode's website.
